is a laboratory of creative processes founded by Isabel Collado and Ignacio Peydro that is committed to pushing the boundaries of the built environment with innovative architectural solutions that aim to create a better world. In each of our projects, the design strategies and solutions are a reflection of design research, using practice as an experimentation platform in which architecture navigates a wide scope of design interests that transcend basic pragmatic requirements to achieve extraordinary results. Each scheme is undertaken as a creative collaborative research project, as an opportunity to explore novel design methodologies, strategies and solutions, always driving the attention towards the feasibility of building technology, structural systems and sustainable environmental strategies. Dynamic and responsive project outcomes rely on a fluid and collaborative process in which client, users, and diverse members of the design team share ideas, interests, technical knowledge and imaginative solutions.

We are an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and design studio based in Madrid, specializing in innovative, sustainable, and human-centered design. ISABEL COLLADO
RIBA, PhD, MArch, COAM
Isabel is an architect registered in Spain and United Kingdom. She is a chartered member of RIBA. She studied Architecture at the Madrid School of Architecture (ETSAM). She holds an international PhD from the Madrid School of Architecture (ETSAM), which she obtained with her dissertation ‘Towards Weightless Architecture’. She is a passionate teacher and scholar that has lectured at prestigious universities such as the Architectural Association in London, ETSAM, and IE University among others.
IGNACIO PEYDRO
RIBA, PhD, SMArchS, MArch, COAM
Ignacio is an architect registered in Spain and United Kingdom. He is a chartered member of RIBA. He studied Architecture at the Madrid School of Architecture (ETSAM) and at the Bartlett in London, obtained a post professional advanced master degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Fulbright scholar and an international PhD in the Madrid School of Architecture (ETSAM) with his thesis ‘Contingency in Post-Situationist Architecture’. He is a passionate teacher and scholar that has lectured at prestigious universities such as the Architectural Association in London, MIT, ETSAM, and IE University among others.
